Low-Carb Cheddar Biscuits

Hey Guys!

So recently I discovered another recipe that I Love and I think that you will too!!
So guess what? We are making Low-carb friendly bread!
Yasss.
Source: The amazing All Day I Dream About Food
You Will Need:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus some for sprinkling
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mix the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt together in an electric mixer. Add in the ½ cup cheddar cheese.

Add eggs, sour cream, and butter and mix well.

It should look something like this.

Now get out your scooper-thingy and drop those biscuits! I make mine much smaller than All Day does, so I end up with 20-24, which is double what she makes. So the size is really just a preference thing. Do what you like!

Now sprinkle a ton of cheese on there! The more cheese, the more flavor, so pile it on! Also feel free to use a variety of cheeses here. I have used cheddar and mozzarella before.

Now bake for 15-20 minutes. When they are fresh they will be pretty soft, but these cool pretty quickly so just wait a few minutes and then dig in!

And you are done! These are delicious and a wonderful replacement for normal biscuits. I Love them a lot and I hope you give this a try. Be sure to tell me how you liked them and if you changed the recipe at all.
