School Crafts!

Hello!!

I like to have fancy things to use when it is school time.

And the table is clear.

So now it’s CRAFTY TIME!

Yay!

Decorated Pen!!

(I actually did a few pencils too before I realized I would have to take of the paper to sharpen them. So most of these pictures are from the pencils, but you just do it the same way for pens.)

You will need:

Paper (scrapbook, colored or plain)

Scissors (I also used a paper cutter for the strips)

Pens (to decorate)

Pens, pencils and markers (to write with)

Tape/Glue

First, cut your paper into strips. Size doesn’t matter too much, just don’t make them wider than an inch or thinner than a 1/2 inch.

If you have paper you want to decorate then now would be the time. Just remember, some of your design is going to get cut off or covered.

For my plain paper I went with a little swirly-wavy design.

Now take one end of your paper and cut off the corner. Something to note here would be that the steeper you make your cut, the more you will have to curl your paper. So if you make it almost-straight, it’s not going to want to curl.

Now put a little bit of tape or glue one the end you cut, and secure it at the top.

Now start wrapping!

Once you reach the end, cut off your extra paper and secure it.

I would recommend stopping a bit early to make sure your lid will fit on the pen.

And now you’re done!

This is really a thing you have to practice to get it right. So don’t be disappointed if your first one doesn’t look so good! Just keep practicing.

Fancy notebook!

I love this color/font combination so much I’m going to keep it.  

You will need:

Paper

Tape/Glue

Markers, Pens, Pencils

Paper

Scissors

Cut your paper to fit your notebook.

Now cut a piece of paper 3*4 ½ and a plain piece of paper 2*3 ½. Glue the smaller one on top of the larger one. Glue both to the notebook near the top.

And you are done! This is super easy, and now my old notebook looks super cute AND it has a label!! You could also do this to a folder if you wanted to.

And that’s it! If I can think of any more crafts I will post them, but for now I have craft-block.
