Sorry this is late, but better late than never!
I finally found a recipe for healthy cereal! :D
Sugar cereals have too much sugar (wow surprise) for us to buy them on a regular basis. But now we can make some non-sugary cereal whenever we want!

You will need:
1½ cup coconut flakes
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (to taste)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (to taste)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Dump everything in a bowl and mix until the flakes are all coated.
The mixture should look something like this.
Now is the time to taste everything and make sure it is the way you like it.
Lay it all out on a pan and spread it out. You will need to use your hands as the mixture will want to stick together.
Toast the flakes for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set them out to cool as they get crispier as they cool.
And that is it! This is a yummy, easy breakfast treat and I hope you give a try!
