Hello!
How are you? I’m fine.
Alright, enough with the pleasantries. Time to get to the post. That is what you probably came here for anyway.
Today I have some chocolate star fat bombs! These are really good and we can’t get enough of them. Even my little brother loves them. Let’s get started!
Source: Low Carb Yum
You will need:
1/4 cup peanut butter (I use chunky)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 ounce chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa
5 drops Sweetleaf vanilla stevia drops
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 ounce chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa
5 drops Sweetleaf vanilla stevia drops
Using a double boiler melt the peanut butter, coconut oil, chocolate chip and cocoa powder together.
It should look something like this when you are done. Remove from the stove and add the liquid stevia drops.
Sorry the lighting is funky, my camera started acting up.
Transfer the mixture into a measuring cup and pour it into your molds. I recommend using a silicone mold. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
And you are done! These are very easy to make and they are delicious. As with all recipes, remember to Taste For Sweetness! Also a heads up: this start to melt very quickly. There will be chocolate on your hands. But it will be worth it. :)
See you next week!
