Hi Guys!
Sorry there was no post last week. I've been pretty sick and busy so it's hard for me take photos and edit posts and such. I'm trying to work out a better system so these things are a little easier. In the meantime, here is a recipe for you all to try: Mini Flour-less Chocolate Chip Muffins If you do attempt it, be sure to tell me about it!
Have fun!

Valentine's Decoration
Hi Guys!!
I am going back to posting only Monday next week because I am going to start rowing, three days a week. I don’t know exactly how long I will use this schedule, sorry. So there will be no new post on Thursday, only Mondays.
Today I decided to share one of my favorite Valentine’s decorations. A heart garland! These are super easy and really cute. Let’s get started!
Source: Today's Every Mom
You will need:
Paper
Scissors or Paper Cutter
Staples
Start by cutting strips of paper about 1 in. wide. Two strips will make one heart so cut accordingly.
Staple two strips of paper together about 1 in. from the end.
Now pull the loose ends down to form a heart. Take two more strips of paper and put those around the loose ends. Staple like you did for the first heart.
Now pull the ends down and repeat until it is as long as you want it to be.
And you are done! This is super simple to make and it will make everything look all festive for Valentine’s day!
Enjoy!

Low-Carb Chocolate Mug Cake
Hey Guys!
I have loved mug desserts since forever. So good and just for you! I made this chocolate cake for my Mom and she loved it. Especially when I put some vanilla ice cream on it!
Now if you have never made a chocolate mug cake before you will need to go over to Kirbie’s Cravings (link below) and read her notes. They are on the recipe printout. In fact maybe you should read them even if you have made a chocolate mug cake. It’s a good refresher.
Now that I’ve gone over that, let’s make a cake!
:)
Source: Kirbie's Cravings
You Will Need:
¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp heavy cream
½ tbsp cocoa powder
1 large egg
Dump the chocolate chips and the cream in your 12 oz. mug. Set this inside the microwave and heat for 30-40 seconds or until the chocolate chips are all melted.
Stir it until it’s completely smooth.
Now add the cocoa powder and the egg. Stir until it’s all mixed in and there are no egg streaks.
Microwave this for about 1 minute. It should be firm in middle and moist on the sides.
Let the cake sit for about 20 minutes to allow all the flavors to come out.
This is what mine looked like. It was kind-of like a brownie! I don’t have any better photos because once I tasted it I decided I had to share my success. There were no photo opportunities after that. Oops!
Anyway I hope you decide to give this a try. You will be well rewarded! Enjoy!
